I chose this rose when I had to give up my giant pumpkin patch a few years ago. For about three years, I used to possess the Arizona record for giant pumpkins. Fortunately, my record was crushed by another giant vegetable grower in Southern Arizona. Without a record to defend, I decided to grow different plants. Giving up growing pumpkins was a tough decision for me and I didn’t want to tell people I no longer had a pumpkin patch. So, I came upon this floribunda while searching my rose catalogs. Had to have it. Now my pumpkin patch is in a 25-gallon container. The rose is orange and fades to pink as it ages.
