White Licorice

White Licorice is a bushy, beautifully branched rose with a great garden shape. It’s fully double, with pointed blooms that are buttery lemon yellow to ivory white. The rose carries more of its yellow color in cooler temperatures. It is more of a white rose during our Arizona summers. I purchased my plant on a whim last year, and it has rewarded me with a bevy of blooms throughout the season. I like the plant better in the early spring and then again after the temperatures drop in the fall. The yellow and white coloring fascinates me when I am photographing my garden.
